Hello New Clients
Hello and thanks for booking in, you are in for the gift of good hair and lovely vibes. We look forward to getting to know you and your hair. Below are the boring but necessary bits we'd like you to know before your upcoming appointment at Berry Hair Studio.
Hair
We like to cut hair dry, so please attend all haircut appointments with clean hair styled how you usually wear it. The day before is perfectly fine but please no ponytails. We need to be able to get a comb though and see your hair in all its glory! (if cycling, helmets are okay - safety first and we'll make it work).
Reschedules & Cancellations
If you need to move or cancel your appointment that's totally okay! Thanks to the power of technology you can log into your account via our online booking link and manage your bookings there. If for any reason you can't then please DM your stylist directly or email goodhair@berryhairstudio.com.au
However, we ask that you give as much notice as possible to refill your spot so our stylists aren't left twiddling their thumbs. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the total cost of the booked appointment will be charged. We always do our best to fill the appointment, and if so, the fee will be waived.

Our Location
Find us on the ground floor of 344 Johnston St, Abbotsford (Naarm/Melbourne.)

For cut and colour, foils or big changes, you can find four-hour parking on Rich St, Lulie St and Turner St - right by Victoria Park.

If you’re popping in for a quick visit (think cut, fringe trim or blow-dry,) Johnston St (before 4 pm) and Nicholson St have two-hour parking spots available opposite the salon.

If you’re catching the train, jump off at Victoria Park - we’re only a few minutes walk away. The 200 and 207 buses also stop nearby.

Complaints
At Berry, we strive to make you feel good always, however, there may be times when your hair or your experience may not feel right. If you feel like your expectations were not met please contact the salon within 7 days to discuss. Berry takes no responsibility for changes of mind or complaints outside of 7 days from the date of the booking.
Whilst we always take care to ensure you and your clothing are well covered, occasionally staining/bleaching can happen. We recommend wearing clothing without high collars, removing jewellery or glasses and ensuring you're not wearing clothing that is valuable to you. Berry Hair takes no responsibility for damages outside of our control (ie; by removing your towel or not wearing your protective gown properly) however, should there be a concern please email us within 7 days.
