Haircuts

Berry’s hair philosophy is to do what embraces you. Low-maintenance and easy to style at home, our cuts aim to honour your natural hair. That’s why we ask that you come to your appointment with clean hair, air-dried or styled how you generally wear it. We tend to favour the dry cut method, washing and styling after your cut is complete. This allows us to understand what works for you as well as see your natural texture. We ask that you avoid hair ties, clips and hats, and ensure your hair is relatively product and tangle-free. And if you know you have a lot of hair, please be kind and book extra time - your stylist will thank you.

    The full shebang - pick this if you have new hair dreams, a whole lot of hair or if it’s been more than 6 months since your last snip. You’ll have plenty of time for an in-depth chat plus a cleansing shampoo to strip any buildup and a stress-relieving scalp massage.

    Wash, cut and dried how you like it

    If you’re after a good old-fashioned haircut, and are generally happy with the style, this is an hour just for you. We’ll chat about your hair, give you a wash, delicious scalp massage, style cut and dry how you like it. We favour the dry cut method and like to cut your hair first so please attend with clean hair and no hair ties or hats. Note, no new clients please, this one is for hair we know already.

    All regular clients are gifted one fringe trim/undercut shave between cuts. As this is a complimentary service, we kindly ask that you be flexible with this appointment and we’ll fit you into our day. Please note this is a trim for less than 8 weeks of growth and must be booked with the person who last cut your hair.

Colour

We’ve packaged up our colour options to make things easy. If you’re still unsure, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation - available through our booking portal. 

Note:  *All packages are inclusive of toners and a blow-dry or natural dry.

*If you have extra long or thick hair and your appointment takes longer than the allocated booking, overtime will be charged at $40 per 15 minutes. If you know your hair takes a little longer, we ask that you add extra time or select the larger colour package when booking.

    The cost of the consultation will be deducted from your total if you proceed with the service on the day of your appointment.

    A glossy colour to add shine or to tone brassy blondes. This appointment gets you in and out to spruce up your tone and includes a dry.

    Includes a blow or diffuse dry

    Tint those roots to cover greys or add a handful of perfectly placed highlights for blending purposes

    For blondes maintaining their colour, you’ll get the equivalent of a half head of highlights exactly where you need them and a toner. Or if you’re having a tint and would like some highlights added.

    To go a lot lighter, when it’s been 6 months or more, if you’ve never had highlights before or you need to balance out the light and shade. This is the equivalent of 3/4 to a full head of highlights or just a big change. Fun hair comin' at you.

    This will take you from platinum to pastel and includes toner, treatment and a dry how you like it. For less than 8 weeks re-growth.

    Note: If you have more than 8 weeks of re-growth, please book an extra 30 minutes and leave us a note at the time of booking.

    If you’ve never had a scalp bleach before please book a consult so we can assess your suitability and give you a quote.

All appointments require a 30% deposit to be paid to secure the appointment with Berry, so you’ll need to have your preferred payment method handy when you book.

Add-On Treatments

    A 3-in-1 salon service for coloured hair. Designed especially for coloured and lightened hair, Beautiful Things is a salon exclusive range that can be used within the colouring process to restore, protect and detoxify your hair from metals and mineral build up.

    Porosity equaliser and more gentle lightening service. Metal and mineral detox to remove hard water and build up.

    Hair repair up to 91%, increase hair lipids for soft, manageable hair, longer lasting colour results 230 degrees heat protection when using the mask at home too. (Think in the realm of K18 or Olaplex - but better)

    A Delicious self-care moment to take care of any hair and scalp concerns but also to relax and enjoy some yummy you-time. Your stylist will tailor a treatment to your needs, indulge you in a longer-than-usual massage then wrap you in a hot towel (*drool).

Pay It Forward
Haircuts for Palestinians

This is a 'pay it forward' donation for Refugee and Asylum Seeker woman and girls to receive a haircut at Berry. We have teamed with ASRC and PARA.

Currently, our staff are volunteering their time. Donations will support ongoing costs and product gifted to the recipients.
